  2. The question is rather - but why not?

    The project was done in conjunction with Cavendish Square and the aim is to lift shoppers spirits by turning otherwise rather dull spaces into something of beauty to encourage a bit of thought. Items used were gathered from the recycling pile and will hopefully encourage others to do the same.
